Various sites
Shockwave plugin users should take full advantage of my Flash based online directory of my best web work. There are a number of creations of mine that I am rather proud of. Here are a few of my original pieces of web art.
  • The SPS fireball
  • The GCS fireball, inspired by my prior fireball creation
  • The Spherical Chicken on the SPS homepage (requires Macromedia Flash)
  • The Gateway on outreach
  • Calendar using frames and tables.
  • Educational Psychology review quiz (requires Macromedia Flash)

  • Cyber-Serve
To go along with a journal put together by the Service-Learning Center, I was asked to make this site to allow internet access to the journal information. Although the Journal is not yet complete, you can review the abstracts currently online.

EDCI 5554: Educating Exceptional Learners: Exceptional Websites: CURRENTLY INACTIVE
As a project for class I was enrolled in fall 1997, I put together this quick reference to topics related to special education, and people living with disabilities. The main sections of the website are a compilation of related website reviews, and a discussion site. It's a great resource even if you aren't enrolled in the class. It has been majorly changed and now it is mostly not the pages that I had made. Onle the website links seem to remain of my once proud site. boohoo

    GCS: Global Computer Systems
A new computer company enlisted my help to put together a web site to aid in online sales and advertizing. Not much there now. more once I meet with them and find out more about what they need.

    Outreach
outreach.phys.vt.edu is a Sun workstation running as a server for the Distance Learning program of the Virginia Tech Physics department.   The Outreach front page is maintained by Janet Sanders and me.   It includes links to related Virginia Tech and the high schools involved in the program, curently just Floyd County high school.   The Outreach site includes Java script, CGI scripting, forms, frames, animated gifs, image maps, Macromedia Flash movies, a post office page, interactive discussion pages, online journals, password protected areas, and original graphics.   All pages that I have created for the site are original unless otherwise noted.   Animation is created with Gifcon.   For the latest version of Gifcon you can visit the Stroud site.   The images are either scanned in, created in Bryce2, or Photoshop 4.0. A few of the pictures on the older pages are from Pixelsite. Currently there are over 120 documents in the outreach web site

    Society of Physics Students
Recently I abducted the web site on sps1 and made it of my own design. The SPS pages contain links to member pages, a listing of officer names, a calendar of events, and some pictures of past get togethers. More is soon to come in the site that will soon become the homepage for Zone 4 of the Society of Physics Students. All artwork on the pages are originals created using Adobe Photoshop 4.

    VTubas
A select few of us get to ever truly call themselves VTubas, but you are welcome to go on and check the site of the craziest freak show ever to put on a uniform and shake it all about.
Be sure to check out all the great pictures.
Here's what the critics have said about the VTubas:
"Two thumbs up!" -Siskel & Ebert
"Great with kids!" -the New River Valley Humane Society
"They sure know how to groove!" -Don Cornelius
    "Mmmm...tuba!" -Homer Simpson
"Should have been called 18 guys, 2 chicks, and Fishhead!" -Collegiate Times
"A must-see bunch of college kids!" -the Dallas Chronicle
"Some of our biggest clients!" -Anheuser Busch
"1996 section of the year! Model citizens!"-band director Dave McKee (well, not really!)
"They really juice up my milk and cookies!" -Santa Claus

    VTubas Discussion Site
Thanks to the magic of CGI scripting and a little kooky adjusment on my part, I am proud to present the newest addition to VTubas Online.   A nicely blended concoction of VTuba goings on and general idle banter.   I hope you will enjoy it and realize that any unwanted discussion will lead to password protection of the site and site banning MUHAHAHA.   So keep it kosher.

    Bugs...
I hate bugs as much as the next HTML writer, so it is up to you to help me get rid of them.   So if you ever notice any bad links, misspellings etc please report them on the bug page. You may notice that it uses the same general Guestbook format as most of my discussion sites.   Also another tidbit of trivia is that the background image is an adaptation of an MC Escher b&w that I got from the Louv're online site.
